POOL AND POOL CARE-
Pool care is scheduled every other Thursday
The pool is a salt water pool and is maintained and balanced bi-weekly. If the pool becomes dirty from daily use, there is a net and pole located in the lanai to pick up any debris that may be on the bottom of the pool.
IMPORTANT * please make sure the hot tub is full of water prior to turning it on or off, damage will occur if it is turned on before full.
GRILL- the grill is located on the side of the lanai, there is a spare tank located under the shelf in the garage if you run of has. If you use a large amount of propane due to extended stay or accidentally leave the grill on, please be courteous and refill the tank. PLEASE DO NOT OPERATE GRILL IN SCREENED IN AREA OF THE LANAI- doing so will damage the screen and floor causing grease and grim to inundate the entire area.
If incase of water or pipeline flooding, the main water shut off value is located to the left side of the garage when facing from the driveway.
If incase of electric outage, the main fuse box is located in the garage.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
